Training Update!!! (7/27/2010)
One of my summer high priority projects this summer was gettin a young man, Matt Heppard ready for his soph
football year at UNC p in Greeley. Matt is his own man and set forth goals in his own mind first. But damn serious as well as I was too. I had no oubt what he would accomplish.
To start: Weight - 206 lbs, Bench 85 lbs (10 reps), Squat 365 lbs...
Goals: Weight - 230 lbs, Bench - 300 lbs, Squat - 500 lbs.
Well, from June 1st - July 27th here's his amazing numbers in 59 days and a major surgery!
Weight - 227 lbs, Bench 285 lbs, Squat 500 lbs
BUT he blew all eyes out with his squat increasing week after week at the gym, mass and strength gains, his bench finding break-throughs (had shoulder surgery in Jan. 09).
Ok Greeley, next week he's coming to kick ass and take names later!
