Sports Performance Training 
Optimal physical preparation will make the average athlete a good athlete.
It will make the good athlete a great athlete.
Scientifically programmed sports conditioning is more important than ever in the history of sports.
Young athletes are reaching higher and higher levels of skill at earlier ages, but the results are higher injury rates due to improper physical prep.
The important concept to realize in regard to training athletes is that random training won’t guarantee proper physical preparation.
It must be specific to the athlete’s needs.
That is identified through a complete assessment in which specific abilities like power, strength, speed, flexibility, and endurance are prioritized in order of need for the athlete within the individually designed exercise program.

Consultation and Training
SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING
Our semi-private, or small group, training guarantees an athlete-to-coach ratio of no more than 5:1 — and in most cases, closer to 3:1. All our clients receive individualized programs based on the results of an initial one-on-one assessment, as well as regular progress checks. From here, they’re coached in a small group setting and put into an environment in which they can succeed and have fun. This training format provides a motivating, unconditionally positive environment. When you’re down, there is always someone alongside you to pick you up. All our clients meet new people and develop strong friendships with those with whom they train. Nik’s PRO FITNESS makes training enjoyable — and in the process, you discover that you’re capable of things that you’d never thought possible.
CONSULTATIONS
We understand that training as a regular client at Nik’s Pro Fitness is not geographically feasible for many individuals, and with that in mind, Nikki is available for one-time in-person consultations and short-term training stints. These visits may include (but are certainly not limited to) movement assessments, technique coaching, and program critiques. All individuals who visit for these consultations at Nik’s Pro Fitness receive detailed, individualized feedback based on Nikki’s findings and, if desired, comprehensive programming.
