I came to train with Mach 3 because the results I had seen with my own eyes from my bro Daniel. It's insane the results you can get with knowledge and hard work. I had shoulder surgery and was cleared to work out June 1st, 2010 with Nikki. Long story short I gained 26lbs, went from an 85lb bench to 285lbs, squatted 365lbs and now squat 500lbs, went from a 22" vertical to 29.5" in 59 days...you are wasting time not hooking up with Mach 3.

I went to Mach 3 to train for the knowledge, experience and results that I had heard about. I had a shoulder and knee injury prior but once I was cleared we started right a way. With a soft bench to start at 135, a 205 squat because of the injuries and weighed 184 which is not an option as a linebacker…I now bench 250, squat 415 and weigh 220lbs inside 4 months of training. I think one could say Mach 3 knows how to get RESULTS! Oh and we didn’t do one ounce of actual speed training and our first timed session I improved my 40 yard dash time from a 4.9 to 4.8 being 36 lbs heavier….thanks Nikki!

I was forced to take a step back on weight and really learn the squat technique. Once that got cleaned up my squat went from mediocre squat of 225 to 365 deep squat. I bench 255, gained 15 lbs but slimmed down a lot. I'm jumping higher and my 40 dash time increased from a 5.6 to 5.17 which I am way happy about at Defensive End! All done in under 4 months of training and no running just yet! The goal is to be under 5.0. I think we’ll get that  by the end of summer.  They also run a Combine Strategy Camp that helps you beat the drills to get your numbers lower. It’s not about hey let’s get you timed, it’s about let’s dissect the drills and win. Because when your times are low you move up notches for that Scholarship or the Draft…something to seriously consider!

I met with Nikki in January of 2010. She put me on her Fat Loss Jumpstart Program along with a complete training program geared for fat loss and conditioning for mountain bike racing. By February 10, 2010 I have dropped from 232 to 188lbs and feel great. We are continuing on training for cycling but her knowledge and very detailed philosophy puts her at the top!

When we started my body fat was high (now at 6.5%), I was slow, not very strong and couldn't jump to touch the bottom of the net. As a sophomore I can now Bench 225#, Squat 275# x 3, Dead Lift 315# training only 3 days a week. I play Varsity basketball and I can touch the rim at 5’8 and Im the fastest on the team! Results are everything!

I was training to get prepared for the police physical exam…49 yrs old and had not done any running or extreme exercise in years. I had 2 months to get ready. My first attempt to see where my 1.5 mile run was at in time allotted was horrible. 20 something minutes!  I maybe could get 7 push ups and 11 sit ups. Well by test time I ran 13:47 timed run, hit the 21 push ups needed easily and did 45 sit ups. I would say Nikki put together an awesome program for me to be successful! She’s the best!!

I worked with Nikki the summer before my freshman year at the University of Wyoming to prepare for my first year of college basketball. She taught me the proper technique for the lifts I needed to be able to do which most programs don’t consider for incoming freshman. The challenge to push myself was a focal point with each training session but making sure I stayed healthy. In the end of 3 short months on her program I improved my speed, strength, agility, jumping ability and overall conditioning. Her training techniques, concepts, and knowledge on the field AND in the weight room has improved my speed from a 4.89 to a 4.59 unofficial time inside 2 months and my vertical jump is now 32 inches from 29 inches– that is unheard of.
